  Had a really great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in West Seattle. From the very first conversation, the team was on it—super helpful and quick to get me into a vehicle. When the first car wasn’t quite what I expected, they immediately worked with me to swap it out for something I actually liked, no hassle at all. I had the car for over two weeks with zero issues, and the return process was just as smooth. Everything was buttoned up, efficient, and easy. On top of that, everyone there was genuinely friendly and great to work with. Definitely a location I’d recommend. I just wanted to add that they also provided a convenient pickup and drop off service at Crash Champions while my car was being repaired. Super helpful and no extra charge!!

  We live in West Seattle and the rental place is like 2 miles from our home. So glad we don't have to go to the Airport! We have always had a good experience when renting from Enterprise.

  #1. Fob died locking us out. Car totally dead. Passer by swapped in his battery. Bingo. Cost an hour of anxiety. Give out 2 fobs. #2. Car auto-stop at intersection wouldn't restart for 2 light cycles. Pressing Start button didn't work. It should ALWAYS work. # 3. Console is 2x too wide. Makes gas pedal unreachable without serious effort for average man, which impairs fast reaction time. This is a serious safety issue with this car. A warning should accompany this model car. #4. Seat slide handle is very very hard to reach below seat #5. Seat belt clip at side of both front seats is very very very hard to operate. My wife got a serious hand injury struggling to insert on drivers side. Way way too deeply buried. And again console is way way way too wide. I suggest dropping this vehicle from your options. Positives: Enterprise personnel very professional. Their free pick up and drop off service will bring us back but not for that 2025 Civic.
