  I didn't even go in because their AI chat bot is so awful. I had to restart the chat 4 times trying to get the window sticker. I got through once and the store rep started asking me for all of the info again. I don't have time for that while I'm taking to 6 different dealerships. The last time, someone from the store called me when I specified text only and he said he couldn't see my messages. WHY DO YOU GUYS HAVE A CHAT BOT THAT DOESN'T WORK??? All I wanted was a window sticker. Buying a car should not be as hard as buying a house.

  While I am happy so far with my car, I am quite unhappy with the service and dealership as a whole. I have had a Lexus in the past and the treatment of customers with Lexus is so much better it is in another stratosphere. When I take my Volvo for service, they are slower than the Lexus dealership, they don't send a video of all that they did and where things stand. Lexus did this and I absolutely LOVED this service. Also, the Volvo dealership tosses you a car wash certificate, and the lowest level of car wash at Brown Bear. Lexus always did a mini detail inside and out and the car was returned in nice shape. When I have been into the shop to buy parts, the Swickard dealership is really nickel and diming the customer which leaves a very bad feeling when Volvo is a higher-end brand. Credit card purchases are charged an extra fee!! I mean, I have never heard of such a thing for a luxury car dealership. My next car will definitely be a Lexus.

  In the past 4 years I have bought a new house, a 2 year old car, a used boat, a new tractor and a one year old Volvo from Volvo Cars Seattle. Of those five major purchases, the only negative experience was Volvo Cars Seattle. I will never go back and I encourage others not to buy there.

  Volvo of Seattle was awesome Friday morning, happy they got me on the schedule and fixed our airbags that were recalled and also programed some Volvo keys so our daughter would have an extra one - Andre’s was very attentive and so was another man that helped change a key fob for me at the end - I was please with every experience I had with them and look forward to going back when I’m in town - thank you for your attentiveness with all my requests and got it done earlier than expected too! So awesome

  I have mixed feelings about my experience with Seattle Volvo. The car itself has been great, but the sales process was frustrating due to nonexistent communication and repeated administrative errors. My address was entered incorrectly and the vehicle description on the loan documents were/are wrong, and a $1,000 down payment was never credited. It took six outreach attempts—including calls, website submissions, and a voicemail to the GM to hopefully get my $1000 credited/returned this week (we will see). Notably, responses appeared to be much quicker to online reviews than to inquiries submitted through the dealership’s own communication channels. While I’m happy with the car, the dealership would benefit from improved accuracy, stronger follow-through, and timely, professional communication.
