Superior is an honest and trustworthy shop that does excellent work. I love the diagnostic and repair itemization and breakdowns. Very helpful. Their honest advice on prioritizing repairs is much appreciated, especially when owning an old car. I have looked and they do not mark up parts. In fact sometimes parts are cheaper purchased through them. Labor costs are a bit higher than other shops but I am happy to know I am paying for truly skilled and experienced mechanics for high quality work. Highly recommend Superior!!!

They found a small issue with my car during the inspection and they emailed me a summary of the problem and a quote for a fix, instead of pressuring me to make a decision right there.

I went in with engine trouble that eventually required the car taken to a separate site, yet I was still charged. They charge at a minimum ~$190 for just looking at. It was not made clear that even if nothing is done, that I would still be charged that regardless. Something that I have not experienced with other mechanics before.
