Their contract says "24/7 Assistance Hotline" but they refuse weekend help. Storage: $75/day = $150+ extra by Monday. I CANNOT get the car myself (tow policy). Only Sixt can, but they won't until Monday. Paying for rental I can't use while fees accumulate. This is false advertising. Filing complaints with WA Attorney General and disputing charges. AVOID SIXT. Choose rental companies that actually provide the service they advertise. Rental #9606273002 - 11/21-24/2025 Update: Will be posting full story on Reddit and social media to warn others.
