- NNnelbgarridoNov 14, 20251.0Regrettably, I visited this licensing office for the first time in November 2025 and encountered an unsatisfactory experience with a staff member which was an elderly lady with visual impairment, she demonstrated a poor attitude from the outset and seem argumental. Furthermore, her window displayed a sign indicating it was closed; however, she shouted across the counter, "Sir, why are you here?" before deciding whether to assist me. To exemplify her inadequate customer service and lack of knowledge, she ultimately provided me with the renewal tags belonging to another customer, necessitating me to further wait in line to correct her mistake and reprocess the payment to reflect the correct vehicle information under my name. It is sad to see many of this business personnel require immediate customer service training.
