Getting scheduled online for an appointment was very easy. The store manager was also very friendly and helpful. They send you text messages to keep you updated on the status of your repair. I waited about 2 hours, which was less time that I expected to wait, for my windshield replacement and recalibration (my Subaru Legacy has the EyeSight feature). I was offered free water and coffee while I waited at the store, and there was free wifi. I would highly recommend Safelite.

Tried to find out what had happened and spent almost two hours in fruitless calling. Was told there was a parts shortage so my appointment had been cancelled. Was told to call the main national number who then told me to call the local Seattle store and gave me a number. BUT the number doesn't work: you get a phone tree that takes you in circles but you can't talk to anyone. FINALLY ended up with someone who could contact the local store. From then things improved - talked to Aden in the local store who told me there was no part shortage, was a very clear communicator, made sure we had an appointment and made sure it happened. Repair work was good except for not fully vacuuming the glass off the floor of the car - do wish they had been more careful.

Great service and repair. Then, there’s the bi-monthly 0% pay plan! All I can say is - WOW, just wow 🤩
