  I recently purchased a vehicle and discovered a small windshield crack a couple days after, so I took it to Safelite to be repaired. The assigned technician (don't remember who) notified me that the crack had already been sealed and didn't need any attention. They didn't charge me anything for this - thanks guys! Also - big shoutout to Turner, another technician, for being a high-quality human being and employee. Soon after leaving my initially scheduled appointment, I discovered another little ding in the glass so I went back to have it looked at. Turner very patiently listened to my concerns and took another look at the windshield. He also gave me several other pointers about my new car. Again, didn't charge me anything. He seemed genuinely knowledgeable and interested in cars, which is always a good sign when you’re getting your vehicle fixed. Thanks, Turner!

  Extremely smooth service experience from start to finish. Staff members were all very helpful, respectful, informative, and friendly. Waiting room was clean & comfortable with complimentary coffee & water bottles. Very professional service from check in to check out. I would recommend to others & would definitely return if I need glass work done on my car in the future. Thank you all!

  Excellent fast on time mobile service. Replacement windshield looks factory perfect with no leaks! Technician left everything cleaner than before and was very professional, deserving of a good tip at completion. I recommend these guys over other companies.

  The technician, Josh, made the experience of getting my windshield replaced a pleasure. When a problem came up, he got right on it and got it resolved. He did a fantastic job on my windshield replacement and truly understands customer service.

  I set up an appointment to get a small crack in our windshield repaired, which was easy through the Safelite website. I arrived a few minutes early as instructed, and only had to wait a couple minutes for the transaction ahead of me to finish before I was helped - still well before my official appointment time. I was helped by Aidan, who came out to take a look at the crack before starting to work on it. His experienced eye caught something I had not: the crack had extended not just upward from the chip (as I could see) but also downward to the edge of the window. As such, it was unrepairable. Instead of trying to repair it and charging me money, only for me to eventually need a replacement anyway, he was upfront and honest about the situation. Because of the location in a corner, though, he also pointed out that it could be a long time before it actually impacted driving safety and would require a replacement. He even went so far as to clean the windshield thoroughly and providing guidance on how best to tape the crack in order to lengthen the time it can go before needing to be replaced... and all of that, free of charge! This was my first interaction with this particular Safelite location and crew, but it was stellar and I am very appreciative. I can't yet vouch for their quality of work, but if Aidan is an example of the quality of their employees then I suspect it is solid.
