The assigned technician (don't remember who) notified me that the crack had already been sealed and didn't need any attention. They didn't charge me anything for this - thanks guys! Also - big shoutout to Turner, another technician, for being a high-quality human being and employee. Soon after leaving my initially scheduled appointment, I discovered another little ding in the glass so I went back to have it looked at. Turner very patiently listened to my concerns and took another look at the windshield. He also gave me several other pointers about my new car. Again, didn't charge me anything. He seemed genuinely knowledgeable and interested in cars, which is always a good sign when you’re getting your vehicle fixed. Thanks, Turner!
