  Safelite was quick, easy, clear with all communication (right down to the minute when they would show up) -- they met my very narrow time window for replacement with no problem, and the work was excellent. I could not have asked for anything more. And the tech who came to do the work (Rex) made it seem like I was doing them a favor - very polite and professional. Thank you so much for making this so easy.

  Glass shards got sprayed all over my 12-year-old daughter and myself inside the car when I turned on the heat for the front wind shield.............regarding hard to reach places reply; yes it's hard to reach the whole A/C and heating system when you forget to cover all the vents when taking out/demolishing the front wind shield.......

  Michael was absolutely wonderful—10/10, truly above and beyond. He noticed that my insurance had billed my appointment incorrectly, which would have left me paying out of pocket over my deductible. When I called insurance, they insisted nothing was wrong and wouldn’t fix it (even though the appointment had clearly been coded incorrectly). Michael didn’t just shrug it off—he called his shop himself, got the appointment canceled, and rebooked correctly, saving me money and a ton of time going back and forth with insurance who kept passing the buck. On top of that, he was incredibly flexible when I needed to leave for work. He safely backed my car in and made sure I got my keys back without any stress at all. Even though he was slammed with appointments, he never rushed the job. Instead, he took the time to make sure I wasn’t being overcharged and helped me navigate a frustrating billing issue. You really don’t find customer service like this anymore. I’m so grateful for his professionalism, care, and integrity—highly recommend Michael to anyone needing auto glass repair.
