- ALAllison LMay 4, 20194.0Used their service last year (September 2018) and would definitely reuse them again. The pick area slightly gives me some weird vibes but it’s close enough to downtown Seattle where we were able to move our 1 BR apt within a day. There were no hidden fees or ambiguity in regards to the pricing - Something I dreaded after reading U-HAUL reviews. Although it was expensive, I didn’t care if it meant dependability. The lady who serviced us all day was extremely pleasant to work with. She made a stressful day start out smoothly by providing us keys in a timely manner, all while having great conversation.

The mileage of the truck was almost 50k. I could stand the handling was loosed and the brake was not tight at all. Because I loaded a single door commercial refrigerator only. But the smell in the cabin was terrible from heavy smoking for a long time. I couldn't breathe in it without opening windows even on freeway. It seems not to be cared at all. I won't rent a truck from them ever again.
