Great service...kind staff but very long lines....people with booking should not be made to stand in line for hours!
There are several better solutions out there but National needs to do something about it ASAP!

Make sure that you take video and photos of your car's condition when you pick it up. We got falsely charged with nearly $2,000 in damages that we did not cause. National admitted over the phone that the car had been wrecked previously (in 2024), in the same exact location they are charging us for. Be super careful as it doesn't seem as well run as an airport location.
Edited 10/3/2025 - Note they always reach out saying they will help, but they never do. They are just looking for someone other than them to pay for their incompetence. They have ruined a life long allegiance to National.

There is a serious miss by Enterprise corporate when so many of their city locations take wildly long times to get to the counter.
I can say this because I stood inline for almost exactly 2 hours before reaching the counter.
Once finally inside, this sign was prominent. I would suggest better transparency by Enterprise / National and change the sign to read “ Putting you first is our first priority…EVENTUALLY”
Updating as I made it through the rental registration: I do love the personnel across the company and this location was no exception. The staff is getting hammered by customers for hours on end, but remain exceptionally professional. Sam, who took care of me was the perfect example of outstanding customer service. Thanks Sam!

Waiting time is extremely long even you have a reservation… Staff’s low efficiency is the main reason. I know they just want to chat everything with customers to make them feel happy, but that make the processing for each group extremely long, avg time is above 10-15mins definitely. To make the customer happy, they should process each group as quick as possible and reduce the wait time!
