I rented a car from National at Seattle Downtown yesterday and had one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had — thanks to Tannis.
Although the vehicle I initially wanted wasn’t ready, she immediately proposed a thoughtful alternative at a minimal fee and took the time to recommend a car that would better suit my large amount of luggage.
What truly stood out was her empathy and professionalism. She genuinely understood my situation and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
Tannis turned what could have been a minor inconvenience into an exceptional experience. National is very fortunate to have her on the team. Highly recommend this branch!

I rent here 45+ times a year and have executive elite with national. This location used to be great but now most of the good staff have been moved to other locations.
The young Asian man who typically works on P2 always downgrades my reservation and assigns me the worst options. I’m routinely downgraded to a bare bones, beat up sedan while they give out all of their SUVs and nicer cars to Alamo renters who booked a compact car on Priceline.
I will be taking my $6000 a year to Avis if this happens again.

They gave me a dog for a snack for help with my chicken pox on my toes and they gave me foot rubs. With soap in my mouth, they tossed me around and put be in a public restroom without my consent but the fried chicken in the back of my car gave me a massage. The car looked good but the dust tasted kinda rusty.
