  Paid for my ticket before getting to the toll booth, it was only $10, scanned the QR code while the guy in front of me was turning and the gate closed on me when he finally pulled out. Of course when I tried to scan the code again it said it was now invalid. So I paid another $32, why would there not be a 5 minute grace period after you scan the code the first time? Terrible ticket system for a parking garage and I KNOW parking garages…

  I couldn’t scan my QR code before 930 AM and ended up getting the ticket to pay by the hour, thinking that surely the system would be sophisticated enough to allow me to scan out later- but it wouldn’t let me scan the qr to exit since I hadn’t been able to scan it to enter early. This system is designed to profit from people not being patient enough, and is predatory. I even clicked “park early” multiple times on the system page, to no avail. Unless they refund for the $38 I paid, never again.

  Nice big parking lot, lots of spaces security guard and covered. I knew that parking overnight was going to cost me $36 but when I exited. Had to pay 25% tax on top of that making an additional $9. What a rip off

  Location is great. Parking spot and the way out of the garage can be tight. Expensive, but you pay for convenience. I had trouble parking near Pike Place before, so I'd rather pay up than deal with the uncertainties.

  Parked here when we went to a show at Moore Theater. Price was great and it stayed open late enough. Most other garages closed around 7 or 8pm. This was 10pm I believe... Maybe later.
