  Overpriced, tiny spaces, and they charge you a lot more than the listed price. We got charged over 25% more than the listed price. Total scam.

  The garage not only charged $55 for 24 hours, which comes to $65.01 with taxes, they also claim to have complimentary EV, which they do not. We were plugged into the EV charger for a few hours, unplugged when full, and got hit with a $32 EV charging spot fee in addition to the garage cost. I even called Sema Connect (now Blink) to verify the electricity was free before we plugged in. The lady on the phone stated the electricity is free, but the garage charges a parking fee. Got it. I assumed that meant the $55 charge. The owners claim the electricity is free, but charge a EV space spot for the garage fee. So you're essentially paying for the garage twice. So this ended up costing us $97 to get about 180 miles of charge and store the car for a night. We even moved out of the EV spot when fully charged. I wish I could give the garage 0 stars. The Embassy Suites was amazing but the garage was terrible. Do not recommend.

  They were charging $70 for "event" parking, even though we were not going to the event. I recommend not parking here if you can.

  Parking was safe, unfortunately the woman at the desk at embassy as we got on elevators (which we could not operate without her assistance) was just nasty rude. Paying an exorbitant amount should at least come with courteous service, however it does not.
