  If I could give ZERO stars I would!! My car got completely smashed and broken into along with 5 other cars on level three. Went to the hotel lobby and they were no help and the parking garage themselves can’t even answer the phone AND their mailbox is full. WORST experience ever. It is posted all around that garage that they work with Seattle police to keep it safe and also signs of “no trespassing”….?!? Definitely a joke. I want a full refund- it sucks I couldn’t leave this place sooner. Do NOT park here,

  I parked there for a concert nearby last week and I found the parking lot great. They are well organized, clean and efficient. The only issue was that everyone from the concert parked there and on my way out I endured a long line. But staff was present at the door to help those who had questions on how to scan their tickets 🤷🏼‍♀️

  It was $18 to park from 11:00-12:15. The mobile interface doesn’t work. It took us 15 minutes of struggling to use the mobile pay. The form they use wouldn’t interface with the auto fill on our phones. My partner uses droid and I use Apple no matter what I did it wouldn’t accept my email. I entered it manually. I used auto fill. I couldn’t even get past that. Eventually my partner was able to get it to work on his phone But it wouldn’t accept any of our cards. I don’t think it’s an issue of user error. My partner has a background in computer science. I wish the sign noted that it is possible to pay when you are exiting because we would’ve just done that. We finally drove down to see if it was an option we assumed mobile pay was the only option. It was actually cheaper to pay at the exit then using the mobile app by $.70 Three stars because we did park. That part worked.

  Its the worst garage to park at. They do not work with you if you have a validation. Plus I have had friends and colleagues have their cars broken into. Park at the US Bank next door. Safer and cheaper
