Its the worst garage to park at. They do not work with you if you have a validation. Plus I have had friends and colleagues have their cars broken into. Park at the US Bank next door. Safer and cheaper

My granddaughter and I parked here at LAZ Parking for an event at The Showbox Thursday November 20th. We were very pleased with how easy it was to get in, park, etc. One elevator was broken, no biggie. I was relieved to see the sign at the entrance noting something about 3:00 am. I can't remember exactly what the wording was but it let me know that when we left at 11:00 pm we would be able to get out of the garage. I don't use parking garages often and I was really worried about getting locked into one after it closed. It was only $12 for parking from 6:00 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. I saved this to my favorites and will definitely park here again when I'm downtown.

This is the “Hotel California” of parking garages. You can check out anytime you like, but you can never leave. Stairwells are locked, preventing you from getting to your car by any means other than the elevator, which has a huge line. The flow of traffic out of the garage is easily a 30 minute wait, for any event. This is caused by the lack of sufficient attendants and broken ticket scanners.

The horrible young man working management was unkind and unhelpful. On the 3rd of this month I parked in the garage for under an hour, which turned into almost and hour and a half after being hung up on four times by the people on the other side of the "help" button. When I was finally connected to the disheveled some being male voice on the other side of the kiosk, I was immediately admonished for attempting to use my tap to pay on the sensor that is labelled "tap." Then I endured a lecture about not carrying a credit card on my person at all times, and instead of assisting me with the payment website, I was invited not to return. "With respect," of course. I cannot imagine the impact it would have made on someone who was having an even more unfortunate day than I had, a day that was only brought down by such a nasty boy.
