  Paid $100 to park for seahawks game, the ONLY good thing is the walking distance. After the game we waited over 1 hour to get out. Zero ventilation so you get a headache from all the exhaust waiting on cars to get out the garage. They really should have their security directing cars out for a quicker exit. Not worth the money,

  Spots are too small and overpriced if you can find one. Ifnyour car touches the line in these small spots they write you a fine.

  This is an excellent garage. Many of the poor reviews I see reflect poor planning or a lack of care with parking. Some spots may be tighter than others, but so long as you find a good spot, the parking is great. The facility is very clean, well serviced, and it's always a great place to park.

  Scammers. Pre purchased a pass for the Mariners game and would not let me in to the garage unless I paid the extra game time price. Hopefully the attorney general will shut them down. *Update* They randomly emailed me a $100 gift card to Outback Steakhouse and cut off contact. Really weird!

  Great parking location at a great price! Google showed this garage closed at 7pm, so I called and left a voicemail. A few hours later, a male employee called me back and answered all of my questions. I was attending a 6:40pm Wednesday night Mariners game and wanted to confirm that I could still retrieve my car after the game. He explained that the parking attendant would stay until around 10:30pm and I’d have access until about 1am. After 7pm, access is from the 1st Ave side using the QR code from the ParkWhiz app. That code got me into the lobby, where there was security present. From there, one elevator takes you into the parking garage, and the second set of elevators gives access to the upper floors. The stalls are a bit tight, but I bring my smaller Chevrolet Cruze (a 2017 with some scratches already), so I’m not too worried about minor dings. I do drop off passengers before pulling into a stall just to make it easier. I like this garage because of its close proximity to T-Mobile Park and other downtown Seattle spots, the fair pricing, and how clean and new it feels. I would recommend parking here. Just be aware that access hours may vary depending on events like concerts and games, so it’s a good idea to call ahead.
