  Over priced. I reserved through spothero but when i tried to exit they charged me extra 10 bucks. I’ll avoid this place in the future

  The garage itself is alright, but it’s a nightmare to return to your car after a big show at Benaroya Hall. The one working elevator (the other one has been broken for over a year) can barely fit four people comfortably, and maybe six if you pack in like sardines. This resulted in a line halfway down the block for the elevator after the show. There are two sets of stairs, but they are only an option for leaving the garage and are completely locked from the outside, even during the middle of the day. If this was for security reasons, they very well could’ve put a ticket scanner by the stairs just like the one next to the elevator that could let you in. It took us about half an hour to return to our car and exit the garage, and almost missed our exit window because of it. It was an awful experience and I’ll not be parking here again unless something changes, which is a huge shame due to its price and convenience.

  their website for reservation is trash, apple pay is not working, so you need to try different payments, and then you probably can not notice they reset your time for each attempts! they can not refund or modify your order if something is wrong. everyone pls just avoid this! AVOID

  Internet reservation was new to me, but it worked pretty smoothly. No issues. And I was able to add time easily too.
