I’ve always trusted Jiffy Lube for my oil changes, and during one of my last two visits to the Covington location, they ended up breaking my oil pan. When I raised the issue, they argued with me about covering the cost of the replacement. Although the problem happened at a different location, Justin handled the situation completely differently. He and his team were incredibly friendly and professional. They replaced the damaged part with one that’s less likely to break during future oil changes—completely free of charge—and even provided a complimentary oil change to make up for my previous experience. I will absolutely make it a priority to return to Justin and his team for all my future oil changes. Phenomenal customer service and outstanding professionalism.
