If I have any business, this woman is who I want to lead my team. I don't know her name but she needs a promotion or a raise or both. I rarely drive and I don't like every experience I had at this shop because many of the workers might act like robots. They expect one set of commands and responses. She on the other hand just treats every individual differently based on their needs and that's why she sells better.
