  Grease Monkey helped me with oil change and air filter. Come to find out the technician told me the last place I took my car for an oil and filter change didn't replace filter at all, only charged me over $100 bucks for services not completed. Grease Monkey price was right and service was fast and RELIABLE!!! LOVE THEM GUYS, LOL FOR BEING HONEST WITH ME!!!

  I came in just needing someone to change my headlight. It was hard to find any place that would only do that. I already had the bulb. They said that they could look at it but couldn't guarantee they could do it, as it might be complicated. After looking they said they would try. There was some diffuculty with it but they said if I was willing to wait, they had 1 more person that might be able to do it. It was less than a 5 minute wait. And worth it because he got it done! They also let me know up front that they would only be charging for the labor and let me know how much and then what the total would be after the sales tax and made sure that I still wanted the service. Everyone was very friendly and they even explained to me the set up of my headlight and what the complication was.

  Really grateful to this GM. Abey has been so helpful. They helped check fluids, gave good advice and even changed my wiper blades. They take the time and actually care. As a single mom I appreciate this greatly.

  Service was quick and efficient with no surprise pricing. I stopped in for an oil change and, along with the change, received a list of my car's needs with recommendations for when to address them. Based on the conversations had with the main representative, I trust their advice and am grateful for the help. I will be returning for any future needs.

  I have had the opportunity to have my mother's car serviced at Grease Monkey located at 5611 15th Ave NW, Seattle, WA 98107. In January, 2025 Alan(sp?) performed an oil change quickly and efficiently at a reasonable price. Today we went back, after a terrible experience at the University Village location, where we were once again greeted with a smile by Austin who proceeded to explain the work to be performed, the expected completion time and the cost. Then Alan came out and opened the doors for myself and my mother, reiterated the information provided by Austin and they went to work. We left Grease Monkey very pleased with the customer service and professionalism we received. They are always going to be our first stop for automotive maintenance and repair.
