  Jason was incredible to work with from the very beginning. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and always willing to take the time to answer my questions. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and made sure I truly understood what was going on with my vehicle, explaining everything clearly instead of rushing through it. What really stood out to me was how far he went out of his way to help. My car was ready earlier than expected, but I wasn’t able to get there until after hours. Jason stayed late and waited for me without any hesitation. He never made me feel rushed and was more than happy to talk things through with me, which I appreciated more than I can say. Everyone I interacted with was kind, helpful, and professional both on the phone and in person. My car looks amazing and the work exceeded my expectations. I am genuinely grateful for the care and effort that went into the repairs. Because of this experience, and especially because of Jason, I will absolutely be coming back if I ever need repairs again and will be recommending this place to anyone who asks.

  The shop repaired our vehicle after it was sideswiped while parked on the street. The work looks great, the team made sure we aware of what was happening with our vehicle at all times, and they finished ahead of schedule.

  The whole team at Gerber Collision and Glass at the Seattle location on 15th Ave NW was excellent throughout the repair process of my car. They displayed exceptional customer service, answering any questions that came forward with understanding and professionalism. They also gave real time updates of my cars repair process which I really appreciated! This team worked incredibly hard to repair my vehicle, they finished two weeks ahead of schedule which I deeply appreciated !! The entire experience was excellent and I am very glad to have my vehicle back which looks and drives like brand new again !
