They called and left me a strange message that they didn’t know why Allstate gave the appointment as they were booked and “maybe they could get me in next week.” Then they cancelled my appointment via text. So clearly they had the appointment on their booking platform to begin with, so I was in disbelief that they were not up front about whatever happened. I have previously done business here and the customer service was very poor both times, but decided to give them a chance out of selfish convenience. Clearly not a great idea. I attempted to call back and of course no one answered despite being open. I believe business reviews should be fair and a reflection of actual experience. None of mine have been good. I sincerely hope they invest in better customer service. It’s a competitive business and you just won’t win if you don’t communicate well and take care of new and or returning guests.
