Unfortunately, that timeline was missed six times, which significantly disrupted my Christmas vacation plans. I repeatedly rearranged work schedules and transportation based on the promised completion dates, only to be told that the car was not ready. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent. On several occasions, I was told that all parts had arrived and that my car would be ready the following day. The next day, both my insurance company and I were informed that the shop was still waiting on parts. These repeated changes made it difficult to rely on the timelines provided. When I picked up my car, I noticed immediately that the replaced headlight was a standard reflector-type unit, which does not match the upgraded projector-type headlight on the other side. The difference is obvious when the headlights are on, as the beam patterns are clearly different. This issue should have been caught during installation or testing. Because of the mismatched headlights, I’m not comfortable driving the vehicle at night and have concerns about safety and potential traffic issues. As a result, I may need to rent a car, which would be an additional out-of-pocket expense for a problem that was not caused by me. I was informed over a week ago that a replacement headlight had been ordered, but I’m still waiting for an update. Even once the correct part arrives, I have concerns about further delays based on prior experience. Overall, the repeated missed deadlines, inconsistent communication, and lack of attention to detail made this a very frustrating experience. If clear communication, accurate timelines, and accountability matter to you, I would recommend considering other repair options.
