I was charged for someone else’s session. I asked them to review the cameras as I stayed with my vehicle and only spent about 30 minutes once I could finally get the charger to work. I check the app afterwards while I’m in a completely different neighborhood and I see that it still says that I am charging. I immediately call the customer service number and I’m not able to get anyone over the phone to address the issue. I was charged $44.50. I wouldn’t chance charging here.

Great location to park, Pike Place was nearby for us to visit. It's kinda hard to find, you have to go inside the parking garage, get a ticket, go down a ramp and it will be on your left. Paid using the app as it wasn't working with credit card tap. There were plenty of stations but THEO refused to work. Shout out to ENOLA.
