  Since the whole foods is no longer in the building, I do not think the chargers are publicly accessible anymore. I could not open the garage door on a Sunday morning.

  I plugged in to Chademo and it behaved like it was charging, but when I returned I discovered it hadn't charged at all.

  Chargers are available but turn off immediately once a charge starts. I tried both chargers with the same result

  Did not find. Went on New Year's Day so they were probably closed.
