  I've used Enterprise for years...but this one I reserved a vehicle and they said they had it. I took an Uber and they called me as I arrived to tell me they had no vehicles. Their response was that it was normal to over book. There were two other groups who were in the parking lot with the same problem. That's pretty horrible practice. It did turn me on to Turo, which was cheaper and quicker and didn't treat customers as expendable. Seattle is the only location I've seen do this, but I hope they stop that practice. If you don't have a car to rent, don't over book... especially at the customers expense. I sincerely hope they resolve this, I liked the company greatly and have been a long time customer.

  Enterprise eased me into driving a new car again. Cars have changed since I last rented about fifteen years ago. Surprised me that KIA is so similar to my old Subaru and earlier Nissan. I did have to lighten my touch on the gas pedal. Quite a change. Turning is easier. Seats much more comfortable. I'll be back. The people at Burien Enterprise who scheduled my pick-up in my own neighborhood, they and at Rainier Valley Enterprise were great. Knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
