Or they make you wait over 30-60 minutes while they clean their last minute drop offs. Severely understaffed as well. Can't help they're so burned out they snap at customers because they close at 2pm. Manager your bookings better and maybe you won't have angry customers piling up

I’ve enjoyed my experience every time I’ve rented from this location. If you’re in the area, stop by the Enterprise at Fourth and Georgetown and ask for any team member — everyone is amazing! But let me rave a little about my girl JoJo (Josephine) and my boy Xavier!! They are both so sweet, funny, and educated in their cars and products. Super accommodating to what I was looking for and they helped me grabbed a great rental within my budget. I'm sure they see lots of people throughout their day, but they were quick to recognize me upon arrival, and as a customer, you CAN'T tell me that doesn't make you feel good, haha! Can't recommend them enough! Appreciate y'all and it's been a joy meeting you!
