    I cannot say enough about this location, specifically the staff. Frida, Annie, Nick, Micah, and Xavier - you guys are truly experts at what you do. The most amazing customer service! Attentive, follow through on what they say, and are great problem solvers. Thank you ballard enterprise team for simplifying my life! I would definitely recommend and would definitely use this enterprise again!

    I've rented from here a few times and every time it has been a very friendly experience. Easy checkout and return process. There is a gas station right next door which makes returns even more convenient

    I’ve rented cars from this location since 2021 and it’s always been a great experience from customer service to car selection. While the discontinued after hour drop off offering is less convenient, this hasn’t changed the quality of service or patience of the team working here. We’ve rented from this location for every incident from car accidents to temporary rentals and they’ve also been accomodating or had a good selection of clean or newer cars. Prices are fair whether I book directly from them or Expedia (sometimes $3-4/day cheaper). Whenever I rent, I try to make sure it’s at this location.
