I had to get my vehicle repaired at Gerber, and through USAA I was set up with a rental car. Enterprise happened to be nearby, which ended up being a blessing. From the moment I walked through the door, I could tell I was in good hands. Xavier was the only one behind the desk at the time, yet you never would have known it by the way he handled everything. He was juggling multiple customers, answering phones nonstop, and still managed to give each person his full attention. He stayed calm, polite, and professional the entire time, never once making anyone feel rushed or overlooked. In a situation that could have easily been stressful, he made the whole process smooth and reassuring. When it came time to return my rental, I could only make it there in the evening, about 20 minutes before closing. It had been a long, exhausting day, and the weather was cold and pouring rain. I knew Xavier had probably had a long day too and was ready to head home, but without hesitation he went out of his way to help me. He insisted on giving me a ride to my vehicle nearby so I wouldn’t have to walk in the rain, which was incredibly thoughtful. That kind of service sticks with you. Xavier didn’t just do his job, he genuinely cared, and it made a tough, inconvenient situation feel a lot easier. I can’t say enough good things about him or my experience with Enterprise. Because of Xavier, I will absolutely choose Enterprise again and recommend this location to anyone who values real, human customer service.

Micah and Annie provided professional, courteous and prompt service when I dropped my one-way car rental at the Greenwood location. I needed a ride to a nearby location and they immediately obliged. Enterprise is by far the best when it comes to customer service, especially in small communities and neighborhoods like Greenwood. Highly recommend.
