The enterprise on Roosevelt is amazing!! Great customer service. Always a smooth experience. I left an expensive dog carrier in a rental and forgot about it for a couple of months. When I went back to ask for it, they were still holding on to it ☺️

The fuel system is a scam. There are two options both of which I've now done on separate rentals. The first is that you refill it before return to the same level. This makes sense when you get the car with a full tank but they give it to you at a random level (mine was 3/4-ish) so to return it at the same level is nearly impossible - I probably gave them $15 free fuel as I'd over filled it. The second option is to prepay for the fuel. Most rentals companies where I've used this option refill it to full at the end of your rental when you return it, so you get it full and if you return it not full, they charge you to fill it. Not with these guys. Instead you pay for the amount in the tank at the beginning of your rental, which was $80. The guys then told us to run it down - insane advice. We probably used about half of it so again $40 free fuel for them. We certainly won't be running it down either, driving in circles is not exactly environmentally friendly.

Absolutely terrible. I made a reservation a few days in advance, only to have them inform me the morning of my pick up day that they had no cars available. Ok, people may be late in returning their cars or whatever... However the person on the phone showed no sympathy nor made an attempt to rectify the situation. I made other last minute arrangements for my trip and went on my way. Curiously they did not even attempt to contact me via phone or email on if they ever did find a car to fulfill my reservation, so they truly left me high and dry.
Don't waste your time here because they obviously don't care for you or having your business. Swearing off of Enterprise for all my future trips. Thanks a bunch!

Even if you made a reservation, this Enterprise regularly sells out and the staff are extremely unhelpful about it. I spoke to a very rude stuff member named Nick who tried to say it was my fault and they couldn’t contact me because my details were not on the reservation. This is categorically false (see attached photo for proof that my email and phone number were included on the reservation). Phone number and email are literally required to make a reservation, and so I’m not sure the point of lying about it except to shirk responsibility.
When I asked for another car, they told me they overbooked by about 20 cars for the day. The nearby Budget car rental told me that this often occurs at this Enterprise location. If you want to count on having a car or have helpful customer service, don’t book from here.
