Nick helped me get set up and shared info about their Enterprise Sales locations for used vehicles. Since my truck was totaled by another vehicle, it was really nice to get that extra info. I actually stopped by the Renton Enterprise Sales location afterward, and the staff there absolutely matched the friendly, hospitable vibes here. Trevor finished off my rental at drop-off and was super clear with communication, taking the time to explain the rental charges. Overall, I highly recommend working with this team. They’re responsive, respectful, and professional, and they made the whole process easy. Grateful for the team — see you guys around!

I extended my rental twice during the 40 days, they made it so easy & seamless. The staff at this location are professional & caring. Everyone is kind, engaging, and truly thoughtful but today Nick took things to another level. I dropped off my rental and in a rush, accidentally left my MacBook and Oura ring in the car. I noticed right at 6pm and called expecting no answer, but Nick picked up immediately. He could hear how stressed I was and went straight to work looking for my items. Even after learning the car had already been transferred to another branch, he personally contacted the other manager (who had already left) and made sure my items were found. Nick then went out of his way to retrieve them for me. I was blown away by his kindness, urgency, and above and beyond dedication. This branch has always been great but Nick made this an unforgettable experience. I won’t rent from anywhere else. Five stars all the way!!!!
