I booked a compact SUV on the app for 10am, did the pre-check-in on the app and everything. I show up at 9:45am to pick up my car, and even with the pre-check-in, I had to wait an hour and 15mins in the slowest moving line I have ever seen. Once I finally get to the check in, they tell me the compact SUV I booked a week ago isn't available and I need to downgrade to a sedan or wait another 30mins to an hour to get a larger SUV I did not want. To compensate they offered me like $40 off my total price, wow, thanks! Seriously, what's the point of letting customers book a specific type of car if you don't actually have it? What's the point of letting me choose a pick up time and do pre-check-in if I can't actually pick up the car at that time? Not sure how this isn't false advertising. The staff was nice I suppose, but they had absolutely no urgency to get the line moving or make it right.
