Well 1hr before I was supposed to pick up the car Ashley called me back and said oh I dont have a car today and maybe Wed will be the earliest. If Ashley had simply done her due diligence and looked up the rental she would have known oh yeah I dont have this available and I could have made other arrangements at 9am this morning. Terrible customer service! I had to move the reservation to another location and they still aren't sure they will be able to fulfill my rental car requirements. Such a waste of time and my day!

We had reserved an SUV and showed up an hour early - super rude and unable to offer any solutions when they were unable to fulfill our booking. Kept guzzling Celsius and putting the blame on us arriving early when she had no cars available. Didn’t even offer to help, just said good luck and sent us on our way. Claimed she was unable to even contact other locations in the area. Horrible customer service. Thankfully we were able to cancel and found our way to the Downtown location, where the service was much better.
