Well 1hr before I was supposed to pick up the car Ashley called me back and said oh I dont have a car today and maybe Wed will be the earliest. If Ashley had simply done her due diligence and looked up the rental she would have known oh yeah I dont have this available and I could have made other arrangements at 9am this morning. Terrible customer service! I had to move the reservation to another location and they still aren't sure they will be able to fulfill my rental car requirements. Such a waste of time and my day!

We had reserved an SUV and showed up an hour early - super rude and unable to offer any solutions when they were unable to fulfill our booking. Kept guzzling Celsius and putting the blame on us arriving early when she had no cars available. Didn’t even offer to help, just said good luck and sent us on our way. Claimed she was unable to even contact other locations in the area. Horrible customer service. Thankfully we were able to cancel and found our way to the Downtown location, where the service was much better.

I booked a car online on Sunday for pick up 8:30am Monday morning - I was shown a selection of vehicles and an email was received from Enterprise confirming the booking. Monday was the last day of our holiday in Seattle and I purchased ferry tickets to a couple of the nearby islands once the car reservation was confirmed. When we arrived at the Capitol Hill yard at 8:30am we were told no cars are available and they couldn’t advise when a car would be available. The Enterprise staff member told us that 5 cars had not been returned that morning as expected, however they only open at 8am, so there was no way a returned car would have been available at 8:30am in any event. It is really poor form that Enterprise confirm bookings for vehicles they know will not be available. The booking system should have advised that there were no cars available at 8:30am, and had we been told this we would have tried to rent elsewhere - with current AI technology there is no excuse for not knowing what cars are available. By the time we discovered there was no car waiting for us at Enterprise we were unable to rent elsewhere and time ran out to undertake the trip as planned. I also spent over $50 on ferry ticket that I’m unable to use.
