When I came drop off my rental after hours, a man who appeared to be agitated and confused approached me and would not disengage. I was concerned (and honestly frightened) for my safety. Nya stepped in and gently and gracefully diffused the situation and offered to drive me home. I cannot thank him enough for his presence of mind and kindness.

I had the privilege to be assisted by Nyasanu, the current Assistant Manager, and let me say this, Nyasanu was genuinely outgoing and made me feel immediately welcomed. The interaction felt authentic, not transactional, to the point I felt comfortable enough to inquire the origin of his name (absolutely a beautiful name and the meaning behind it. As a flight attendant, I am keenly aware of what it means to go above and beyond to create a positive customer experience, and this manager did exactly that. I check into 5 star hotels, and I barely get the eye contact. Nyasanu’s professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly set the standard for outstanding service. -The vehicle was clean upon pickup. -The ease and convenience of modifying my reservation was absolutely convenient. -The return is quick with little to no process, during and after business hours. P.S. I didn’t get the gentleman’s name that assisted me with my return but I want to also thank him for his service.
