Two hours after picking up the rental, I was informed of a promotion offering a 15% discount on rentals of three or more days. When I contacted Enterprise, I was told that the discount applied only to new rentals, despite having rented just two hours prior. In my opinion, this is poor business practice. As a business owner myself, I believe it is important to treat customers fairly. Therefore, I will not be using Enterprise for my future rental needs.

- BBBrian BDec 5, 20251.0What a terrible experience with Enterprise, West Seattle. They nickle and dimed the rental by the MINUTE. They provided me with a half full tank of gas in a complete monstrosity of a vehicle and then expected me to fill it up exactly back to the "miles" remaining level. Your choice was to either donate a full tank of gas to them (for which they don't refund you) or fill it back to the exact fuel level (which is extremely difficult since you need to know the vehicles fuel efficiency calculation, the tank capacity, and the price of fuel), and then they CHARGE YOU to fill it back up. I've never felt so scammed in my LIFE. I told the rep that I was uncomfortable driving such a ridiculous vehicle (The VW atlas, terrible experience), and she basically told me to kick rocks. I'm surprised she didn't try and trap me in a box van or something. The up front stated cost of the rental was 192$ for 4 days, but the final bill after all their scam fees and gas trickery was almost $300. Unbelievable. Do not use these clowns if you can avoid them. The only positive was the fairly low hassle pick up and drop off, but even that is atrocious due to the parking setup right off a busy street with no place for a pickup/drop off vehicle to park st.
