    If zero stars was in option I would put it. Went to pick up a car that was reserved the night before. When i got there Grace told me that they didn’t have a car for me. She was “too busy” to call and let us know that there were no cars available. When this was question the only response I had gotten was “I don’t know what to tell you”. Most unprofessional experience I have had to this date. If you need a rental car do not book here as their reservations don’t mean anything.
