  Lawrence is the man. Great guy, super friendly and helpful and easy to talk to. First time buying a newer car and was very nervous. I also have really bad social anxiety and within minutes I felt comfortable. Whole process was smooth and was able to secure a reliable car same day. Thanks again Lawrence!

  I only walked in to see what they had available. I was asked what kind of vehicle, I was looking for. Then I was asked how much I was looking to spend. I told her that I was looking to spend between $7,000-10,000. My car was in the shop, trying to be rescued. She asked me if I wanted to look at a car that she picked out , based on the details I gave her. I saw the vehicle, and I liked it right away. The price was a little more than what I intended to spend. Lee had told me that I could put the amount down that I was looking to spend, and that they had a great financing option. I asked Lee if I could test drive the car. After driving the car, my gut feeling was that I should get it. So Lee drove me to my bank, where I got a cashiers check. I ended up leaving my enterprise rent a car there, and drove home in my new car!

  Bought a Mazda CX-5 after renting a CX-3 a few weeks prior. The online app was easy, the process of getting the vehicle transferred to my location was seamless, and the amazing salesperson Chanelle at Enterprise Car Sales in Seattle made it all look effortless. She kept me informed at every step and my new baby "Bubbles 2.0" was all ready when I went to pick her up. Thank you Chanelle, and all of the staff, for making my experience a very relaxed and pleasant one.

  The sales staff went above and beyond in every way possible. They were kind, informative, and extremely helpful. I purchased a 2023 Toyota Corolla. For peace of mind I had it inspected by an independent mechanic. They did a 50 point inspection. It passed with flying colors. I was also informed that all four of the brakes and rotors were brand new. I could not be happier with my new car, and with the sales staff that assisted me in the process. I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for a good vehicle.

  I came in looking for a sensible, budget-friendly SUV and walked out with my dream car — and I genuinely couldn't be happier about how it happened. Chanelle was exceptional from the start. She actually listened. I told her my budget, my financing concerns, and what I needed, and instead of steering me toward one thing, she walked the lot with me multiple times, talked through different cars and brands, and made sure I had real options to consider. That process made all the difference. Somewhere along the way I found a car I didn't know I needed and immediately knew was my dream car. She never pushed — just made sure I had the full picture and let me make the call myself. She made financing and the trade-in completely painless and I was in and out in a couple of hours. Zero stress, zero pressure. I would not have found that car if I hadn't ended up on that lot with her. 10/10 experience, I can't recommend her enough!
