  I had the greatest experience buying a car that I've ever had in my life! I would recommend Enterprise and have been recommending since! There's no hassle there so respectable and the whole process was so fast and extremely pleasant!! The way Lee was such a pleasure pleasure she was so courteous and positive she just really made the experience amazing!!

  Worked with Josh Bailey and he was super helpful! It was my first time buying a car myself, and he made it super easy and stress free. The team as a whole was very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend anyone buying a car to buy from Enterprise!

  Purchased a vehicle from Enterprise in shoreline. Chanelle Winn-Fonda was my agent. She called me the day before and got an idea what I was looking for. When I arrived she had already selected several vehicles to choose from and researched there differences for comparison for me. We test drove three of them and let me retest drive one I wanted to verify an option. She walked me through the insurance and loans. She explained everything to me in away I could understand and had a computer screen I could see to verify and review everything she was doing. She was extremely professional and kind. I felt she was genuinely interested in my satisfaction of my purchase. She even went above and beyond by following me to Seattle to return my rental car to a competitor. The rest of the staff I came into contact with was nice and professional as well. The whole process was smooth and easy. I felt welcomed and humanized by her and the staff. Great selection and much appreciated to have felt with such kind professionalism. Thank you.

  Stress free car buying experience. I knew the make and model of car I wanted and Hunter made sure the car was brought from a different location so I could test drive it. He patiently explained the safety features along with the many comfort andconvenience features. I would recommend Enterprise for a straight forward and reliable buying experience.

  Everyone at Enterprise is lovely to speak with, however, they sold me a dud. In March of this year, i was looking for a new car and was receiving calls for enterprise because i had gone through them for a rental. I decided to check it out. After speaking with several sales associates, we landed on a 2016 Mini Cooper Countryman. I did loads of research and spoke with the sales representative (Larry) extensively about any concerns i had. I was primarily concerned that i would be paying large car payments monthly and then have the risk of accounting for mechanical failure if i were sold a dud. I was assured that the mechanics at enterprise were thorough and that my car should run smooth and for a very long time. Just 3 months into owning this car, i had to take it to the mechanic 4 separate times due to an issue that they could not resolve. While enterprise did accommodate financial reimbursements for some of the costs, i was still a couple hundred dollars into mechanic work very early on. Issues have continued to arise with oxygen filters, oil system failures, censors, and now i will have to take it in for a fifth due to the battery or alternator failing. I’m beyond sick of having a car that has left me stranded and cost me way more than i bargained for. I have been in contact with Enterprise since the beginning. They have denied my request for an equal trade in or reimbursement for the car due to consistent failure - I am now $15k in debt with a car that has broken down more than any vehicle I’ve ever owned. Any time i have discussed the issue with enterprise, everyone says that they are not mechanics and could not have known. The only solution i have been offered is for them to buy the car back from me for less than half of what i paid and i buy a different car which would result in double my current monthly payment. I can barely afford what i am paying right now. While i understand that buying a used car will always have its risks and some work typically needs to be done, I was unfairly given the impression that thorough work had been done on the car prior to my purchase and i would not have to worry about this. I’m 22 years old on a very tight budget and it is severely affecting my financial state and my quality of life. No words can possibly describe how devastating this has been. I’ve reached the point where i want to drive it straight into a wall. I’ve been ripped off. I feel blindsided and writes off. The exception to my complaints is Chanelle, she has done absolutely everything she can to help me and I’m beyond grateful for that. She’s an Angel. The issue is higher up.
