My car was in an accident, and I had it towed here on recommendation of the dealership before I knew it was beyond fixing.
However in spite of not having work done, it has been the best experience I've ever had with a shop period. Both Steve and Anthony were incredibly kind, and spent so much time explaining my options and helping me with the insurance process to make sure I got what my car was worth. Dealing with a totalled car has to be one of the most miserable experiences out there, and between their advice and stellar customer service DeGrazia made it a completely painless experience.
While I hope our new car won't need body work anytime soon, we'll be bringing it here if it does, and recommending them to everyone we know.

My car was scraped by a moving van. Entire passenger side had to be repaired and replaced. Everyone at DeGrazia’s was friendly and very professional. Quality of work is amazing. You could not tell it ever was severely damaged. They painted perfectly to blend with the original side. I recommend them without reservation. Highly recommend you having any body work there. I was suggested to take my car here for their good work.
It’s honestly been nothing but a head ache
50% my insurance and 50% the body shop.
Short story a door trim/ plastic that was broke was paid for by insurance and a tire.
Neither were ordered. The door plastic should have been replaced when all the work was originally finished from the get go. The tire was supposed to be placed in the back of my car.
It’s been over TWO MONTHS since I have picked up my car and I still DO NOT have a tire or door plastic. I keep getting a run around from Steve and everyone and at this point I find is very unprofessional and insulting. A review is the last thing I wanted to come down to I usually try and be decent about things but I will never suggest anyone to take a car here after this whole situation.

How long does the repair process take?
There are a few factors that go into this. Sometimes it can take a few days, sometimes longer. We never guarantee we can get a vehicle back to a customer as there can be additional findings upon teardown, parts delivery delays, and insurance delays. We never rush a car back to a customer as we want to ensure it is repaired correctly.
Do you work with insurance?
Yes- we work directly with all insurance companies.
Do estimates cost money?
No, estimates are of no cost and take about 20 minutes.
How long until I can get my car in for repairs?
Typically, we can bring you in for repairs 1-2 weeks from the date of estimate. This depends on ordering parts, if we are working with insurance company, and our production schedule in house. We also work with your schedule so if there is a later time that works best for you, we can accommodate.
Do you work on Tesla models?
We do not. Please contact your local Tesla dealership for information on Tesla repair facilities.
Can I get my car towed in?
It depends! We have a very small lot, so we do not allow tow-ins without speaking with our office. Please call us to discuss the process and possibility of having your vehicle towed here or towed by for an estimate.
Do you have a key drop?
No. Please call our office regarding key drops.
What do I need to bring for the estimate appointment?
Please bring your car, questions that you have, and any insurance information if you are going through insurance (insurance estimate, claim number, adjuster contact information).
Insurance already sent me a check, what now?
That is very normal. Either hold on to that check, or deposit it. We will collect that money from you either when you drop off or pick up the car.
Is my car too old to repair?
Sometimes it is difficult to find parts for older vehicles, and the paint type we use can be different that what is on your car. We will need to see the vehicle in person or have you talk with one of our estimators about the car.
Do you work on commercial vehicles?
Yes, we do! As long as they can fit into our shop doors and/or our paint booth.
Do you have payment plans?
No, we do not do payment plans. All repairs must be paid in full on pickup of vehicle.
