While the situation itself was extremely frustrating, Big D Towing and the employee who helped me (I didn’t catch his name) were incredibly kind and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly, gave me all the details I needed, and even sympathized with me about how unfair the tow was since it wasn’t my fault. Despite an awful and stressful situation, he treated me with patience and understanding. I really appreciated how respectful and compassionate he was, it made a bad experience much easier to deal with.
