They have customers pick up cars in a poorly lit parking garage where all damage cannot be seen and recorded (clever scam), and dropped off in the same unattended (with no cameras) parking garage. Other Sixt locations will inspect the vehicle immediately upon return with an attendant, while this one is left where no one can validate that you as the customer did not cause damage. While it's convenient to drop off the keys at hours that may be work better for you, there is no guarantee once you return the car that damage won't happen after (so they try to hold you responsible even AFTER you've returned the keys and ended your rental). They then file claims against customers claiming damage to vehicle despite the vehicle being returned with no new damages, and despite evidence will proceed to bill you for damages. If you try to contact the customer service about it, they will not contact you back or try to resolve this any other way besides charging you. I have two different times where I had proof I did not cause damage, and go no help and Sixt tried to bill me. GO TO ANY OTHER SIXT LOCATION OR A DIFFERENT CAR RENTAL COMPANY.
