  I booked a car 10 days in advance with delivery and pickup service, scheduled for 9:00 AM. When no car arrived by 11:00 AM, I contacted customer service and was bluntly told that this branch doesn’t offer delivery and that I needed to go there myself. Upon arriving at the branch, I was told they only hold cars for one hour and that no vehicles below SUV class were available, which they then tried to upsell. Despite my Platinum status, they refused to offer a complimentary upgrade, citing low vehicle availability. Would not rent from here again.

  Do not rent from here they will add fees to your bill you have to call the 800 number multiple times to get it taken care of. They will not call you even if they told the customer team they will. This is the worst rental service in Seattle go literally anywhere else

  Absolutely loved the service here. Boon for Amazonians in Seattle. Ppl at the counter are super nice and helpful.cars are amazing as well..!

  This seems like an immensely sketchy car rental company. I rented a Rav4 with 35000 miles. They have you fill out a damage assessment in a very dark garage via an online portal. My car had over 25 points registered as damage. These were immensely small paint chips or teeny scratches primarily. I can only assume that they have hassled previous customers about tiny things so much that they have subsequently been documented. After reading reviews, this seems likely the case. I've rented from SIXT many times over the last 5-10 years, primarily abroad but also in LA. Never had a pick up experience like this. I am concerned they are going to try and scam me.

  The rental experience was not bad overall but after returning the car I started receiving damage report mails. The rental car had like multiple scratches even before I rented the vehicle. Some of the scratches were recorded in the system, and I reported all additional scratches (I could see in the parking) before starting the rental. I notified all scratches again to the person receiving the car and he checked them against my earlier reports submitted, and still they sent me automated mails to harass me. If this doesn't stop with an apology I will never again go back to SIXT for any car rentals. Update: 12/1 Hi Michelle, I have now received a damage invoice from SIXT for over a thousand dollars for a scratch I was not even responsible for?! This is the worst car rental experience of my life. Can you pls fix this false SIXT damage reports going out to wrong customers?
