  I had an excellent experience at the Sixt downtown location, and it was all thanks to Unni. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. She made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring I got exactly what I needed. What really stood out was her positive attitude and genuine willingness to help. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, and her customer service truly made a difference. It’s rare to come across someone so attentive and dedicated. Thank you, Unni, for the outstanding service — I’ll definitely be returning to this location because of you!

  Beware of phony damage claims. Did a short term rental and returned overnight as was approved. The next morning a $1300 scratch was magically found and damage claim was filled against me. After multiple phone calls and emails the damage claim was closed without payout. If this happens to you make sure you fight back against them and always always always take pictures before and after your rental because this company will find damages to report you on!

  Renting from here feels like you’re getting scammed. I made a reservation and saw that I had the option to add liability for up to 300k for $15.99. I go in store and the manager says it only goes up to $25k as it’s state minimums. Which is a fraudulent statement to charge $18 for the mandatory state minimums. If you know your rights stay away from here. They are greedy. And status? Forget any mention of it.
