  Had a great experience at the Sea-Tac location. As an Emerald club member, everything was smooth and seamless. I had my pick of any Vehicle I wanted. They adjusted the price due to a problem with the navigation system. Everyone was polite and helpful. Great price for a great car. Would definitely recommend!

  Although we paid for 3 days in advance, it would have been great if we could have adjusted our final bill to show we returned the car a day early. We text National but we were turned down to receive any money back. Car was just what we needed and it was good on fuel and clean. So we will know better in the future.

  Was not the best experience. The car itself was okay, but was missing some basic features (it had auto bright lights but no auto headlights). Also constantly was beeping when I locked the doors for various reasons. The biggest problem was there was a problem with adding the other driver due to an administrative issue on their side and we couldn’t add when we did pickup. Not sure I can recommend them very much.

  I've used several rental car companies for work trips over the years and National is by far the best. Their customer service and the attitude of everyone I encounter is always helpful and upbeat. They seem like they actually enjoy their jobs and want to be of service. I always like selecting my own car - getting in and trying it on for size and then sometimes moving on to another one if I don't like it. This is my rental car company!

  I rented the car from SEATAC on Sunday morning (April 11th) with the rental running until the following Sunday. As my wife and I were driving to Bremerton, I couldn't keep the car (2026 Honda accord with 5.9K miles) in the proper lane. It was all over the road like the alignment was off (super squirrelly). We had plans to use the car to visit some of the surrounding locations with our Grandson, but after we got to the address we parked the car and Ubered around for the first couple of days. I called customer support and their recommendation was to bring the car back (another adventurous drive back through Seattle (For those of you that know, you know!) So not sure what to do, I started heading back to SEA-TAC but saw a Honda dealership just after starting back to Seattle. I stopped there, asked if this was normal for the car, and the service advisor said "Absolutely not". He asked one of there techs to chat with me, and when I started describing what was doing, he stopped me (not in a rude way) and said "Let me check something". He came back with a tire pressure gauge, started reading the pressures, and found ALL (ALL, ALL) of them between 48 and 55 PSI. He put the pressures back to 35-36 PSI, and said try it now. The car drove PERFECT after that. We ended up taking the car back on Saturday (early), but when I tried to explain to the receiving person what had happened, he said all of the tire are "Slightly" overinflated to give them better mileage. He completely ignored my concerns about our safety and told me to call National to make a complaint What the HELL National? Why are these pressures so high? This is NOT acceptable in any way. If I had been involved in an accident with the tire pressures this high, I would have grounds for a significant lawsuit against you, especially since the the receiving person seemed to know this happens all the time. Please find a way to correct this.My lesson from this is to by and carry my own pressure gauge. John
