I have rented a lot of cars in the last two years at many different airports across the country. Who would have guessed the Enterprise facility in my own back yard, would offer the best rental experience I've ever had? From pick up to drop off the staff whom I encountered were professional, kind, and efficient. I regret not noting the names of each but for Jimale, who checked me in, to the gentleman on the 5th floor who actually walked me to the row of cars I could choose from, to the gate agent who asked me to double check my tank was full. Coming full circle to the great guy who checked my car back in. To a person they were lovely to interact with. Keep up the great work and give our World Cup Visitors super start to their time in Seattle! Kudos, Enterprise!

Overall, we had a good experience with the car. At the Seattle airport, we had reserved a mid-size SUV and as we were going to get the car, we were asked if we wanted an upgrade at no additional charge. We were given a full size sedan and were pleased with that, in our hurry to get on with our trip, we did not look closely at the interior. There were stains on the seats and in the back. While this situation did not affect the performance of the car and it did provide us with the transportation that we needed, I was still surprised at the condition of the interior. It was an out of state car and we were going to be leaving it at a different drop-off point; so that may have been a factor, but does not justify the stains. I did take pictures of the interior in case any issue arose with Enterprise about the condition but that has not happened. So my advice is to not assume that an "upgrade" is necessarily going to be better than what you had plan to rent in the first place!

I rented from Enterprise twice in the past two weeks, once in Bellevue and once at Tacoma Airport, and the experiences were very different. The Bellevue staff were professional and responsible. They specifically reminded me to take photos of the car before leaving, in case there were any damage disputes later. That advice ended up being extremely important. At Tacoma Airport, I was not given any such reminder. Unfortunately, the car I received already had a dent on the front hood, but I did not notice it at pickup because the lighting was poor. When I later returned to Bellevue, the staff noticed the dent and initially treated it as if I might be responsible. Thankfully, I had followed the Bellevue staff’s earlier advice and took photos before leaving. The dent was clearly visible in those photos, proving it was already there when I picked up the car. Because I had evidence, I was not asked to pay on the spot, though they did take my insurance information. It has now been 3 days and I still have not received any update. Overall, this experience could have gone very badly if I had not taken photos in advance. My advice to other renters: always take detailed photos of the car before leaving, especially in low light. And I hope Enterprise can make sure all locations are equally careful and consistent in how they handle vehicle condition checks.

I have rented from Enterprise multiple times and always been satisfied. I picked up the car at Seattle Tacoma airport, all went well and the car was fine. As I always do, I took a complete video of the car top to bottom before departing the rental car parking garage. When I went to return the car in Olympia, the agent questioned a crease in the front fender and also a deformity on the front bumper. I showed the video, which had a date and time stamp and clearly showed the damage was there when I picked up the car. The agent indicated the damage was not noted in the records and they would need to turn it over to a different department to determine if I was responsible. This upset me since I had video proof the damage was there. Proceed with caution when renting from Enterprise, take lots of pictures and a complete video! It was evident the Olympia location did not trust my evidence.

My wife and I recently rented from Enterprise at SEA-TAC, and I felt compelled to share what a truly outstanding experience it was. From the moment we arrived, Brendon welcomed us with genuine positivity and got us started on the right foot. Natalie then took over—and she was absolutely fantastic. Full of energy, engaging, and even kind enough to laugh at my dad jokes (which says a lot!). We left the counter smiling. At the exit, Jamie greeted us before we even rolled up—already smiling and making the process effortless. When we returned the vehicle, Aubrianna at the Carpenter Road location (Store 45LC) continued that same level of exceptional service. Friendly, efficient, and a perfect close to the experience. The vehicle (Chrysler Pacifica) was great—comfortable and fuel-efficient—but what really stood out was the people. Every single interaction felt genuine and welcoming. In a world where customer service can sometimes feel rushed or impersonal, this team delivered something special. Enterprise, if you’re listening—these folks deserve recognition (and maybe even a raise and a bonus!). Thank you for making our day so easy and enjoyable
