    I rented a van for our long one way journey home. There was a nail in the tire so I returned the van. They made sure I got comparable van with no issues. Always great service. I travel a lot for work and they have treated me the best of all other carriers.

    Reservation is easy to navigate on the website. I have Emeral Membership so it's easy to checkin, pickup our vehicle, as well as return the vehicle. We did not encounter any issue during this rental process. It was fast and convenient.

    Sam at SeaTac did an amazing job. Was super nice and help full. This man is a great customer service person. This guy needs a raise or to be ceo asap. !!!!!👍👍👍👍👍 also Tre at the gate is amazing and super helpfull both these guys need raises asap

    First things first, huge shoutout to Liban and Brandon. Nationals system was acting different that day making my booking not reflect and these 2 amazing executives handled my rental amicably. They were empathetic, very well aware of the situation and expeditious fixing it. Always had great experience with SeaTac national, Liban and Brandon just proved it one more time.

    I have always loved renting from National; their service was excellent and prices competitive. But a month after my most recent rental, I received a claim from National of extensive damage to the car which was PRISTINE when I returned it. There is absolutely no way I wouldn't have noticed such extensive damage. I have read online horror stories of rental companies claiming damage from cars after they have been returned in perfect condition, but I never thought it would happen with a company like National. It is sad that they are now resorting to scamming their own customers. I have filed complaints with the State Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission. With any luck they can shine some light on this shady practice in the industry. My advice: find another car company and avoid the shakedown.
