- WWWeston WestonJun 20, 20175.0So far, I have only had great experiences with Enterprise and I have chosen their services for over 15 years. I like that their staff is very professional yet also very personable. Even during their crazy hectic times (full lobby, staff shortage, and or car shortage), I always leave feeling like they took good care of my rental car needs. Very recently I used another rental car service (just to see what type of service was offered by other companies) and had an awful experience (stench of smoke filled the car, dirty seats, overcharged for my car). I learned that Enterprise owns many of the other rental car companies (ex: National) and found that interesting. My advice is to stick to Enterprise because they provide great overall service.
