Enterprise is one of the many options at SeaTac, which houses all of the rental companies under one centralized location. I've used several different companies before but Enterprise generally has a pretty good rate. My last experience with Enterprise was one of the worst rental experiences I've had. At first, it was nice that they offered the choice of a car to me, and provided some full-size sedan options at no cost for an upgrade. I took a Nissan Altima. As soon as I pulled out of the registration, warnings started going off on my dashboard about low tire pressure. I checked the tire pressure and noticed it was enough to make it to my destination so I didn't pay it any mind. The destination I went to had no service stations nearby, so I e-mailed into Enterprise to ask about the issue. They said I could return the car or pull into a Firestone. It took a few days for me to get to the Firestone but once I did, the technicians took a look and found a deeply embedded nail into the tire that was slowly leaking air. I had attributed the tire pressure fluctuation to the cold weather. They filled the tire back up enough to where I would make it back to the airport. I reported the issue immediately via e-mail and to the manager on site. I'm leaving a 3-star instead of a 1-star because previous experiences have been fine, but this last one was straight up dangerous. Inspect your cars well before taking them out.

Customer service was exceptional, mini van ran smooth. Only complaint was I filled the tank before leaving North Bend for the airport. I did not top off the tank near the airport because of time restraints. You think after renting the van for 2 weeks and spending over a thousand dollars you wouldn’t charge me over $7 dollars a gallon ( 2 gallons of gas used)

Had a horrible experience. Booked a car for my niece that was stuck in Seattle. They kept me on the phone with the manager who did nothing to help resolve getting her the car and there was an associate laughing in the background. I’m pretty sure they didn’t like the low rate I was getting and said the credit card I have on file had to match the credit card she was using in person… we were 4 hours away from each other 🤯. Not happy, and my niece couldn’t get a car.

We rented a large (7 passenger) SUV at Seatac for several days. The online reservation process was easy and quick, I received confirmation emails timely, and the agents at the car rectal facility were efficient and courteous. The vehicle itself was clean and super smooth. We also added a driver at a different location and that was also fast and easy. The car return was also effective and the agent was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience.

Returning from a Trip from Scottsdale AZ my ride share company which I have used for 20 years forgot me. I had recently had back surgery and was concerned about the long walk to the rental car bus but made it and received exemplary customer service from Christian (MGR) who waived the requirement for a round trip rental to Olympia and allowed me to deliver the the car to the Enterprise location in Olympia the next day eliminating the requirement to find someone to follow me to the airport and drive me back. I was originally scheduled to be in a Nisan Rogue but they pushed me to take a Chrysler 3 seat SUV which was waiting and ready for me as I stood there. I said ok and they put me in it asked for signatures and pointed to the gate. I drove strait home and parked the car in my house which is a gated community with a concierges controlled gate system. When I returned the car to ENTERPRISE in Olympia about 10 minutes from my home the agent did a through review and noticed a scratch on the trunk of the car. I explained that I had not stopped the car until I got home nor until I left my home to return the car. I pointed out to the Olympia agent that it did not appear that the car had been properly cleaned before I picked it up because a coffee cup was still lingering in a cup holder in the back seat which she saw.. If there are any issues with this car someone should look to the last occupant before me. My use of the car was uneventful. I understand the Olympia Enterprise people were doing their job. I wish the Seatac crew had done theirs. The Enterprise Counter crew were a casebook study in how customer service should be performed. John Donaldson
