  From pickup to drop off the experience of renting from Enterprise was phenomenal. I rent cars several times a year, and will only use Enterprise even when the cost is more. Let’s talk unparalleled customer service. On a previous trip the car smelled of cigarettes which happens to be a common theme with rentals despite the no smoking policy. The customer service team was very accommodating, not only replacing the vehicle but upgrading to an SUV. On Another trip, I needed a pick up truck to haul kayaks. They had one pickup truck available which was permeated by cigarette smoke. Despite spraying it down with industrial strength deodorizer, the smell would not disappear. I used the truck and cut my trip short due to the smell, Enterprise took $200 off the rental costs. In a world where customer service is becoming a thing of the past, where you deal with AI for everything, it is refreshing to have a company like Enterprise that still goes the extra mile for their customers. The person to person service is very appreciated and I hope this company never caves to the pressure of reduced staff and AI replacement. Thank you Enterprise for the great experiences, I will continue to be a loyal customer.

  I have rented from Enterprise out of the Indianapolis Airport location for seven months. No issues whatsoever. This trip my Wife and I rented an Audi from the SeaTac Airport location. The rental process was handled on line with ease. We arrived, were met by a representative that helped us pick out a vehicle quickly that met our needs. The time it took was less than five minutes. The car was ready, clean, filled up, and nicely appointed. The return process was even more simple, we drove up, a representative handling another customer waved at us and said, “I got you logged in, you are free to go!” That process took less than one minute. We received on line receipts and were most pleased with the entire experience. Well, other than the Washington State’s chronic inability to manage traffic, anywhere.

  This was my first rental experience. I needed a vehicle for a day trip out of town. It went very well and Enterprise makes it super easy to reserve online (or over the phone as I did), pick up, and drop off vehicles. I picked up a full sized sedan, Nissan Altima with about 14700 miles on it. The vehicle itself was clean, came with a full tank of gas, and worked perfectly for my trip. I'm local to the SeaTac area so I picked up at the airport, which I wish I would have done deeper research as the airport enterprise only takes credit card if you're a local resident. In the end, that didn't bother me too much as I got my deposit back same day after my drop off. I will say, the Enterprise employees working at the airport were very respectful and helpful, and really the customer service both in person and over the phone gave Enterprise the 5th star. Overall, for my first rental, this was a great experience, affordable, and easy to access process. Next time, I'll rent from a local branch instead of the airport for debit options, though 😆

  The employees at Enterprise are truly amazing! I had to travel to Seattle at the last minute for an unknown amount of time because my 90 year old mother in law ended up in the hospital. The agents at enterprise (especially Phil at the Lynnwood location and Camryn online) have bent over backwards to help me with various issues that have come up during this trip.Their professionalism and support truly have meant the world to me. I am a customer for life and I can’t recommend them enough if you are looking to rent a car.

  Overall my rental was great. But the day before my vehicle was due back my flight got canceled and rebooked to a different day (it was canceled due to the flight reductions during the government shutdown). When I contacted Enterprise about getting a 1 day extension they wanted to charge me nearly $300 and stated it would not be refundable. They said that they are independent and any inconveniences I face is not their concern. So I ended up returning my vehicle at the initial time and was careless the remainder of my trip.
