  I couldn’t be more pleased with my rental experience with Enterprise. I picked up my vehicle at the Seattle airport location and dropped it off at the Port Angeles location. Every Enterprise employee that I interacted with was professional, helpful and friendly. The vehicle itself was nice and clean and ready when we arrived at the airport. When dropping off the vehicle in Port Angeles, the employee had just closed up for the day and offered to drive me to the Blackball Ferry Terminal. I wish I knew her name so I could give a shout out to her and her husband. I’ll definitely be using Enterprise in the future!

  The local office in Olympia noted a cracked piece of plastic in the trunk when we returned the car and asked us to stick around while they did some sort of report. We did not cause the damage. Upon returning the car, the representative at this Olympia location sighted down both sides of the car, checked the roof, and measured the tire wear. We had the car a total of 1:40 and put 65 miles on it driving from SeaTac to Olympia. Very strange return experience that took too long and made us feel as though we were somehow liable for not noticing this cracked piece of plastic in the trunk. The Enterprise representative at SeaTac even loaded our two carry on size luggage in the trunk which is probably why we didn’t notice it. Not sure I want to go through the over-the-top return experience in Olympia again. We did not end up getting charged for the cracked plastic piece. Beware of this extremely thorough inspection if returning to this location.

  We discovered the car was Hybrid when we found <1% light on the dash and the charging port left front bumper. Hadn't been told. So we drove it as is not hybrid. there was a pumping-whooshing noise right front somewhere when car turned off. apparently and hopefully nothing wrong. We drove up to Snoqualmie pass to find some snow for the grandkids and demonstrated that front wheel drive doesn't do it on wet ice. Had to push the car to get back to clear pavement. enterprise staff all very competent and pleasant to deal with,.

  We had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise during our four-day trip to Seattle. We paid extra for a vehicle upgrade and were told at the check in counter that we would have multiple cars to choose from. However, once we reached the lot, we were informed that the only vehicle available was a small car. We felt forced to accept it, as declining would have left us without a rental altogether. Two days into our trip, the oil warning light began flashing, accompanied by concerning noises indicating low oil. We contacted Enterprise for guidance and were instructed to take the vehicle to the nearest location, which was in Everett, WA. Unfortunately, the employee at that location was rude, dismissive of our time, and showed little concern for the issue. We were told the only replacement vehicle available was a downgrade from what we had paid for. The only alternative offered was to drive another 45 minutes back to the SEA airport to exchange the vehicle, with assurances that there would be plenty of options available there. While driving to the airport, the car began to smell strongly of burning oil and smoke, making both my children and me feel extremely unsafe. Upon arriving at SEA/TAC, we were again disappointed to find that the only available options were a smaller car or a Jeep Renegade, neither of which aligned with the upgrade we had purchased. There was no acknowledgment of the inconvenience or safety concerns we experienced. We were simply handed the keys and sent on our way. When returning the vehicle prior to our departing flight, our reservation information was mixed up, causing additional confusion among staff. Overall, the customer service was poor, and the condition and availability of vehicles did not meet expectations. Due to this experience, we are unlikely to use Enterprise again in the future.

  Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience at the Seattle Airport Enterprise location. I politely asked for a vehicle swap, and despite there being plenty of cars available, the manager standing right there was rude, dismissive, and arrogant. He gave no explanation and simply said “no” directly to my face. I am a Gold member and have rented from Enterprise and other rental companies across the U.S., and I have never experienced treatment like this anywhere else. The way I was spoken to felt disrespectful and discriminatory, and it honestly left me shocked. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had in the U.S. Strongly recommend avoiding this location pick up from any other airport or location and drive here instead unless you want to risk facing the same kind of treatment.
