  It was our first time using Alamo in Seattle and have to say that it was a great experience. The pickup was fast and smooth with the skip the counter option. Staff was super professional and gave us directions all the way till we exited the parking garage. The Texas girl by the out gate where you check out was a bonus. She was very friendly and chatting with her made our day. To turned in the vehicle was super fast and we were at the terminal within minutes. Overall this has been our fist time using the service at this location and could not have asked for more. Highly recommended.

  The rental car was excellent. The service at the front desk is so-so. The clerk was there to greet us, but spoke so fast, you could not understand her. If she is in such a rush to tell us where to pick up the car and instructions were so repetitive to her, I recommend you hand out a one page instruction sheet, that tells you to head back and make a left (map please, not that hard) and head to the 4th floor. That would even automate that part of finding the car. Also, the return of the car, perhaps a little map where we would return it, then we could google the remaining part. It ended up on a side street and a picture of it would be great.

  Easy pick-up (6/11) and drop off (6/16). The rental vehicle worked without any issues. Great overall experience. Kayla was very friendly along with other employees. I left my jacket in the back seat of the rental car when dropping the vehicle off and so I returned an hour later to get it; the employees were able to retrieve my jacket from the lost and found. However, the only issue was that my headphones were no longer in my jacket pocket upon getting my jacket returned to me. I'm not going to say one of the employees took/stole them out of the pocket, but the headphones were no longer present in my jacket pocket upon having it returned to me.

  Customer service was professional. However, the car provided to us was not examined prior to our car rental experience because the previous renter left dirty underwear, socks, and clothing in the vehicle. It was left in the back underneath the convertible top, which was not seen by the Alamo car cleaners. In addition, the rear windows did not close all the way to meet the front windows when the top was up. This presented a safety hazard when we parked the car to go to dinner, as well as in the parking garage because someone could have easily attempted to get into the vehicle. If it had rained, it would have leaked inside the vehicle. We were not pleased that the car was not more thoroughly examined prior to renting to us.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Renting a Jeep Wrangler was one of the best decisions I made for my trip to Washington State! From the moment I picked it up, I knew it was the perfect vehicle for exploring everything Washington has to offer. I drove through the mountains, along the coast, and visited several scenic destinations, and the Jeep handled every part of the journey flawlessly. The Wrangler was comfortable, reliable, and incredibly fun to drive. It gave me the confidence to explore areas I might not have visited otherwise, and the views felt even more amazing with the freedom of driving a Jeep. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and performed exceptionally well throughout my entire trip. Washington’s beautiful landscapes made for an unforgettable adventure, and the Jeep Wrangler made the experience even better. I would absolutely rent one again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vehicle that combines comfort, capability, and adventure. Thank you for helping make my trip so memorable!
