We located Alamo where the cars were stored and Willie greeted us quickly and walked us to our vehicle and confirmed the chronicle would fit our needs. He also proceeded to show us how to safely store our luggage in the truck. He was a joy! Thank you Alamo!

We had a wonderful and clean Mustang that was a pleasure to drive. Easy reservations, check out and check in. Even the check in crew were so friendly and helpful.

We bypassed the long line at the counter and used the kiosk to print our reservation and headed directly to car pick up where Willie was quick to assist us in getting a car that was ready to drive off in. It was the quickest rental pickup I've had in a while. Kudos to Willie for the upgrade also, we really appreciated it and the quick service.

We had a lot of rain over the weekend, and it felt unsafe driving with those wipers in the rain - visibility was poor. I almost changed them myself at a gas station, but then decided against it because i was unsure if we were authorized to do so. We also could not get car play in the car to work, which was frustrating. All in all, it was a challenging experience with the car, although pickup and drop off at Alamo was seamless and smooth.
