  Let me start with I will rent from Alamo again. Picking up car the gentleman could have been nicer. The tire pressure alert went off during our trip and the side mirrors were so bad I could not see out of them while driving in the rain. Dropping off the car was very nice. The gentleman that checked us in listened when I explained about the two issues and wanted to know how he could improve our experience. Bottom line I will rent from Alamo again.

  Was thoroughly impressed with the customer service at Alamo at SEA during pick-up and drop-off. We had a small but significant issue with the vehicle during our rental and when I mentioned it to the drop-off agent (Sayed) he quickly made it right. I've nearly always had a good experience with Alamo at other airports, but this was truly exceptional. Will definitely rent with Alamo at SEA from now on!

  I wasn't going to leave a review, but because they emailed me asking for one here it is: logistically, the rental was fine. No issues with booking, pick up, or drop-off. 2-stars because the car was barely cleaned before I picked it up. Any smooth surface on the interior (gauge cluster, infotainment screen, plastic shifter surround) was smeared the way that happens when someone is using dirty, wet towels without cleaner on them. The car also smelled like the previous renter had smoked /something/ in it and used Febreze to cover it up. The interior was annoying but not a huge problem. The exterior glass on the car was filthy and obviously was wiped (not cleaned) with dirty, wet towels. This made it a magnet for raindrops. This wouldn't necessarily be a significant issue, but this was Seattle in the November, and it rained 100% of the duration of my 3-day rental. Seeing out of any window of the car was a challenge and using the side mirrors was even worse, creating a safety issue. The only solution was me buying Windex to clean the windows… of my rental car. What a waste of my vacation time. Beyond that, the tires were clearly on their last legs, constantly losing grip in the rain when pulling away from a red light. It was a base Toyota Corolla in eco mode, so this was clearly the tire condition and not the itty-bitty engine.

  Rental was fast and easy at SEA-TAC airport. You need to take a shuttle to the offsite facility, but only a 10-15 minute ride. Not many people in line when we arrived. It was easy to get our car. However, the car we selected had a small dent in the rear quarter panel. Luckily I took a photo of the damage before we left the garage. After I returned the car I was notified of a damage claim that Alamo wanted me to pay. After reading other reviews, it seems that most rentals vehicles upon return are reviewed for damage. Ours was not. The person checking us in immediately left and never looked over the vehicle. The damage claim didn't indicate what the damage was. They just wanted me to fill out a form to cover it, whatever it might be. I requested full information of the damage. I can't believe they wouldn't include this in the damage claim. After a few days they responded that is was rear fender damage. I was able to submit the photo and will have to wait about 2 weeks to find out if they will drop the claim. I can't believe that this damage was not already on file. How many other people who rented this vehicle have been sent a damage claim?!

  Great experience as usual, been using Alamo for the longest time and they have never failed or disappointed me. When I arrived the type of car reserved was not available but immediately Abdullahi pulled up with my type of car and I asked him not to fully park it in the spot and he respectfully handed the car to me and ask me later if that’s what I reserved. He trusted me before verifying. Definitely felt valued. And Bianca at the check out gate was awesome also and professional! Somehow I had two reservations and she verified which one I was using before charging my car. She was very professional. And at drop off Sam also was very awesome. When I arrived there was only one other car in front of me at that hour and while he was helping the other car he noticed me arriving and immediately came to me after finishing that first car, he asked me questions and walked around the car and verified the amount to be charged to my card. I asked him to give me both email and print out, he said it was fine but later said that he had to go to some office for printing, normally some will have a machine to print like right there. Anyway that did not change anything. Had emailed receipt. Overall I had a fantastic service with Alamo SeaTac as usual as I have rented here many times and they are like family and will always have you on my list. Thanks again Alamo
