  I had a great experience with Gerber Collision & Glass in Richland! They did body work on my Honda and the results were excellent. The team kept me informed every step of the way, so I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. Their communication was clear and consistent, their pricing was fair, and the quality of their work really shows. My car looks amazing again! I truly appreciate the professionalism and great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto body repairs.

  Growing up you, I took advantage of the quality of service businesses used to hand out. Now that I’m almost 50 years old, you realize quality work is harder and harder to find.. I was told Gerber had bought Atomic Auto Body but it was the same great staff that would be attending my needs. That’s just not true. When a corporation comes in, that friendly mom and pop mentality has to conform to the bottom line, numbers. “Profit over quality” is the new mandate and if you don’t comply or meet their quotas, you’re replaced the next day. If I would have know this, I would have taken my truck to Mathew’s Auto Body in Kennewick. I got my truck back late one evening and of course it wasn’t washed so I was not able too see the overspray on the backside quarter panel until the next day. Once I saw it I called in and of course no reimbursement or compensation was even mentioned, just let me see when we can get you back in. Living 30 minutes away it’s not easy for me and my wife having to follow and drop off and pick up then all over again once it’s done…. Two additional trips with two vehicles now all because of their mistake. This is what happens corporations put workers on a timer, they miss things. Although they “took care” of the overspray, my wallet got hit when it shouldn’t have .. I won’t be back to any Gerber Owned Facility, period. I like to keep my money local. I left one star because Morris was nice … but nice don’t fill the gas tank , sorry.

  They did a fantastic job on car! The entire staff are very professional and friendly and they're very good at keeping you updated. I would highly recommend their services.

  I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service I received during my visit to Gerber Collision & Glass in Kennewick. I want to clarify that there was no direct disrespect; however, the attitude and approach to customer service were not acceptable. As the owner of the vehicle, I took the time to clearly explain and point out the damages my vehicle sustained as a result of the accident, expecting that this information would be listened to and properly noted. Unfortunately, this did not happen. I felt that my concerns were not taken into consideration, as the interaction was limited to what the estimator chose to do, rather than acknowledging the customer’s observations. This type of experience creates a negative impression and does not reflect well on a company that is well-known and expected to operate at a high professional standard. A business with Gerber’s reputation should ensure that customers feel heard, taken seriously, and professionally assisted. I believe this situation should be reviewed, as it impacts not only individual customers but also the overall image and credibility of the company.
