  Called to reserve a car rental..they said they had cars available..drove from Yakima to Richland to find out my car was given to other customers that had their rental recalled ..Why didn’t they call me that my rental was given away before driving there

  A Frustrating Reservation Process: Today, I had a really disappointing experience at the Richland Enterprise rental located at 1007 Lee Blvd Richland, WA. I had made a reservation for a specific pickup time today, I arrived shortly after the scheduled hour. Upon arrival, I was asked if I had a reservation, and after confirming, I was informed that the vehicle was being washed. I waited about five to ten minutes before asking about the type of vehicle I would be receiving. The associate assisting me was unable to provide an answer and said she would check, she walked away. While I was waiting, another customer came in to return a vehicle she had expected to keep until Saturday. Shortly after, a young male employee entered the office. I asked him about the status of my rental, and he apologetically explained that there were no vehicles available at that time, as they were waiting for returns. I was upset, and I asked why I didn't get a notification about the lack of car availability, he said "I don't know what to tell you". I asked if the vehicle being returned could be made available. He explained that those vehicles were reserved for military personnel only. I understand and respect the company’s policy of prioritizing certain customer groups, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and trasnparency about the unavailability of vehicles. A simple phone call, text message, or email notification of the situation would have saved me both the time and cost of traveling to the location unnecessarily. I have always done business with Enterprise and assumed the quality of service would be consistent across all locations. Unfortunately, today’s experience was a total disappointment not only for me but my family as well.. This experience highlighted serious shortcomings in their customer service. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as I believe timely communication and transparency are essential to maintaining the high standard of customer service that Enterprise is known for.

  4 días para entrega un carro Disen que el lunes a las 8 am que no hay carro que mañana con cita y luego no hay carro y así por 5 días me tuve que enojar para poder tener mi carro de renta
