- DDDerek DrakeNov 24, 20254.0When they checked my air filter, they lost one screw, cross threaded another and left the air box open, now im missing one bolt and the other bolt they cross threaded broke trying to remove it. Not happy at all considering the air box only has two bolts to begin with. ******EDIT****** Valvoline contacted me and asked exactly what the issue was, i emailed them photos and they said if o purchased the part they would re emburse me. So I purchased the part and sent them a receipt and was paid very quickly. Thank you for making this easy to resolve.

The team was also very fast and efficient; I had my two year old in the back seat, who usually gets antsy when the car is stopped for too long, but she barely had time to complain. (It helped that she got to look out the window at all the equipment and the other cars. She does love cars.)
