But when I arrived, they charged me $28 for a one-time wash, never activated my subscription. The manager was completely incompetent and did nothing to help. The service was terrible, and I do not recommend them at all. However, I found another location at 5231 West Okanogan Place, Kennewick, WA, 99336, where the manager was much more professional and the service was top-notch.

Nope, I was stopped at the gate by a women who was grimacing and glaring at me like I had personally insulted her and told that there was too much mud. WHAT?!! I had been through that car WASH many times with a much muddier truck and never had an issue, but nooooo..... was told that if they have to use the wand it will back up other customers and they couldn't have that. THERE WAS NO ONE BEHIND ME!! Their advice was to take it to a different car wash first and then come back. So....pay twice....No, canceling the program, if they only want to wash garaged cars that never actually get dirty there service is of no use to me.
