- SRS ReviewsNov 2, 20251.0I told the employee at the kiosk that I had a Full Wrap Retract plan. He radioed it in to the attendant at the car wash entrance—or at least he was supposed to. I went through the wash, and guess what? I did not get a Full Wrap Retract on my brand-new truck. When I confronted the employee about it, he said, “I didn’t have my radio on.” Really? So because you didn’t turn your radio on or notify the attendant, my truck now looks like this (see photos). It’s covered in micro-scratches and swirl marks all over the body. This kind of negligence is unacceptable. I trusted Mister Car Wash with a brand-new vehicle, and the result was visible paint damage. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of care and communication between employees. Customers deserve better attention to detail and accountability. Edit: Just to recap I told the kiosk employee I had a Full Wrap Retract plan. He said he radioed it in, but I went through the wash and didn’t receive it. My brand-new Tacoma came out covered in micro-scratches and swirl marks (see photos). When I spoke with the GM, Chris Priest, he said the damage was “normal for a friction wash” and told me I “should’ve hand-washed it.” I reminded him I requested a Full Wrap Retract, not friction. His response? Two free months or cancel my membership. After years as a loyal member, this dismissive attitude and lack of accountability were unacceptable.
