- KKKahula KahikinaApr 16, 20265.0Robert is a great guy! He apologized for the long wait and explained it was only two people on staff today. I asked him if he could help me with a gas cap issue that was out of his scope of services and he gladly assisted me and fixed my issue. During the service he was assisting a total of 3 cars (including mine) and had a happy demeanor and smiled as would deem appropriate. The other guy finished up my service and completed my transaction, but Robert, who was working on another vehicle made it a point to say thank you. Have a great day. Enjoy the sunshine. I hope to see you back next time and not have you wait this long. It’s people like Robert who have a good attitude, no matter the circumstance That reminds you, the appreciation and gratitude of the service, even if we had to wait longer than normal. There needs to be more Roberts out here in the world

Which is a shame as it's the closest oil change place to our office but we cannot waste 2 hours of a work day to get an oil change!

- JJJJApr 5, 20265.0First time ever going to a drive thru oil change, was greeted by Robert who checked to make sure lights and indicators were working, was very patient, welcoming service with a genuine smile. It wasn’t my vehicle so I wasn’t too familiar with it but he knew exactly where all the dials and stuff for testing were on the model of car I brought. One of the lights in the rear needed replacing so they sorted it. Evan & Jon took care of the rest very well and professionally, gave advice on washing the filter in the front which I didn’t know you could do before. Thank you for a great introduction to this kind of service, will be back.
