I had to diagnose the issue myself, and it turned out that an important sensor cable was not properly connected after the service. Because of this careless mistake, my car now requires additional repairs and extra time to fix something that should never have happened. I am very disappointed with the lack of attention to detail and the negligence of the staff.

- BWBen Wright5 days ago5.0This has been our go-to local oil change for ~5 years. Occasionally I have to go elsewhere, and then am reminded why I value this place. At a minimum, the staff are always sincere, friendly, and fast. They offer various services, but there's no upsell pressure. The team is usually hustling, dialed-in and calling commands to each other like they're prepping for D-Day on Omaha Beach. Today, one of the managers (Jack) went above and beyond, advising and helping me make a small repair underneath the car at no extra charge. Quality interactions, quality service. Yes, price matters. But ultimately, quality wins every time. Thanks guys!

I think price was fair and you don't even have to get out of your car , I would go again:)
