This is perfectly typical when the residual solvent evaporates. Additionally, the cure time might vary depending on the conditions. If it's a hot summer day, the film may be cured in a few days. However, if it's a cool winter day, the drying process might take a few weeks. Bubbles, streaks, and other visual flaws are common throughout the curing process.
