  On April 3rd, I received a call from Enterprise Car Rental on Grady Way after they got my information from my insurance. I asked if a same-day pickup was possible, but the agent informed me the earliest availability would be Tuesday. He took note of my address, but didn’t explain why it had to be Tuesday instead of that same day. Since I work from home on Wednesday, we agreed to schedule the pickup for 11:30 a.m. When Wednesday arrived, no one showed up at the scheduled time. I didn’t receive any call or update, and when I tried calling the office multiple times, no one answered; the calls just kept ringing. It’s now day three, and still nothing—it really seems like the agent took a note but forgot to follow up. This is the first time I’ve ever been left hanging by Enterprise. I’m incredibly disappointed in their communication and service, and since I’m still waiting, I’m moving on to another option. I really hope they improve in the future.

  Horrible Place, I was told I would get a Genesis but they gave me a Mazda, when I called about a replacement an employee will put you on hold and then clock out at go home because the employees do not care at all about the customers or their job it seems. Your car will NOT be cleaned when you arrive and they will they clean it at all, they will have you drive somewhere to swap a car then they tell you that they are not willing to swap the vehicle wasting 1.5 hours of my day and a quarter tank of gas, they WILL waste your time, they WILL waste your money all because they do not care about their customers at all. Go to literally any other place to rent a car there is no way any where else can be this awful. If you ever want a nice vehicle don't bother with enterprise, they will not have any.
