The rep sent me a coupon that was for $25 off the service and was told after the coupon was applied, the total should only be about $87.99. Somehow, my husband ended up paying $110 STILL. We always go to BIG O tires and pay about $70 out the door. I dont appreciate the dishonesty! You could've had a loyal customer but this is bad business practice especially when I gave them the year, make, model of the car. SMH. never again.

Left Valvoline and had my car washed nearby. Came back at 9AM, doors still closed, two guys (presumably workers) smoking outside the building. Waste of time going to this location.
