  I hate to leave this review because I have been coming to this location for years to service my cars. In a nutshell: - I received an oil change at Valvoline on 10/3/2025. - The next day after the oil change, I realized my vehicle experienced a significant oil leak after breaking down, stranded on the freeway with my child. - I had to pay for a tow to transport my vehicle 60 miles home. - I reported the problem to Valvoline after which they came to my house and confirmed that the oil had indeed leaked out. They wanted me to let them diagnose it at their location and "fix" problem there. I would not let them because I wanted my dealership to verify that no motor damage had been done first. Why would I trust the entity that possibly caused damage to admit to it? Valvonine isn't even qualified to perform the in-depth diagnostics required to pinpoint internal engine damage. - Valvoline threatened that if anybody else touched the car they would deny any refund/reimbursement. I told them the vehicle will be towed on a flatbed with no work being done by the engine and that the dealership will diagnose it in the exact same condition as what they saw it in. - I had my vehicle towed on a flatbed to be inspected at my dealership to verify any resulting engine or other damage. - The dealership service department diagnosed the issue as the gasket not being reinstalled on the oil pan/cap during the Valvoline oil change, causing the oil to completely leak out. - The dealership confirmed that there was no engine damage. However, I had to pay for diagnosis and for them to perform a proper oil change to correct the issue. - I paid for the original oil change at Valvoline ($91.37), the tow ($370), and the diagnostic & 2nd oil change ($286.72) as a direct result of the improperly performed service. What do you think Valvoline's position was when I requested to be reimbursed my $748.09? Yep. They denied it. Why am I out all this money because you failed to replace a gasket? Why would you punish me for wanting an unbiased diagnosis - especially one that turned out in your favor (no engine damage)? What are you really gaining by holding on to $748? You've lost me as a customer for life, as well my referrals. You're going to lose far more than $748. You should just do the right thing and make this right by someone who has been a loyal customer. This is bad business practice and unethical - especially since you came to my house and witnessed the problem with your own eyes.

  Alex the manager was busy with a lot of cars lined up, but kept things moving and was professional and courteous. My service was great!

  Nice, in-car, while you wait, oil filter & fluid service station. Long line (6 vehicles, 3 abreast) however it moved quickly. About 15-20 minutes per vehicle. Very efficient. Standard pricing. $132.98 out the door. Included synthetic oil & filter service, air filter & typical top offs and checkups. 2021 Subaru WRX. Had a coupon for $15 off, too.

  I was completely unprepared for how expensive it would be. I paid $115 AFTER a coupon. I was told the "only option" for my car (which is new to me) is the full synthetic package with absolutely no information about what the price meant. I was surprise charged with an extra quart fee. When I asked if the full synthetic meant that I could go longer between oil changes like 5 months / 5,000 mi I was told yes however, the sticker I received came out with 3 months / 3,000 mi. Felt scammy after I had specifically asked about it.They did not reset the oil meter in the car so directly after this oil change my car's telling me I only have 20% oil life remaining. I have no idea if any of my other fluids were checked, in the past they have checked my wiper fluids etc but this time I don't think they did. The staff was definitely friendly and the service was fast, but I can't say that I enjoy the bait and switch on pricing and the lack of transparency particularly in these times and during the holidays. If it saves me 50 or 60 dollars to get out of my car I'll do that from now on.
