  Make sure you ask for a break down of services and the estimate in writing first. I went in and said I just need the oil change and asked them explicitly not to do any other unnecessary checks. They still did without my consent and I ended up with a massive bill. Don’t recommend this branch.

  Have taken many of cars over the years to Grease Monkey. Never once have i ever had an issue !! They are amazing. This is my second oil change on my SUV. First one at Jiffy Lube not to far from Grease Monkey, the "manager" made rude comments about the color of my car, said my oil pan of leaking, and that i should have bought a BMW instead of a KIA. Took my SUV into Car Pro's Kia where i bought the SUV and they told me there was no leak and that my car was overfilled.... I just wanted a quick oil change, since Car Pro's has a month waiting time to check your car in. Grease Monkey took care my car, treated me like family, cleaned my windows, and vacuumed my car .

  The guys are very sweet and they do a fast and great work. I am a customer for a few months already and they do change for all of my cars the oil and they are pretty quick and the best.. I do recommend you guys to go to this shop grease monkey.

  The owner/Manager Robert is thorough & communicative. I came in today because my transmission was slipping (hoping that a flush would be helpful with an inkling of hope that my tranny wasn't going out entirely). He educated me about how the system worked & was honest about the likely of it solving my problem. He took the extra time to flush it twice to be sure that it was done right & it's ruining smoothly now. I'm SO grateful!!! Word to the wise... flush your transmission on schedule (supposed to be every 30,000 miles for this vehicle) I definitely learned my lesson today after being in a scary situation today when my car felt like I was in neutral while trying to accelerate in fast weaving traffic. Thank you for keeping me safe & getting me in so quick. I appreciate the superb & friendly service

  I had a very positive experience here. The owner Robert is friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to flush my transmission twice to make sure the job was done right. Thank you!
