  All around terrible experience. Purchased January 2025 - never even offered any roadside hazard warranty. Took forever to install at the time, but opted to not review because I don’t like giving bad reviews. To top it off, back when they installed in Jan 2025, they did not put the new tires on the rear axels of the vehicle even tho that is common practice. I told them that I’m not a mechanic or tire installer and know that basic fact. Wrote Goodyear off, said i would only go to Costco or discount tire/LesSchwab in the future. Fast forward nearly January 2026, those same tires are messed up. Sidewall problems. Called Goodyear about any warranty, just told I’m out of luck because no warranty since I didn’t buy xyz (that I was never offered by the way). My own mechanic was shocked since they said most warranties last 1-2 years even with sidewalk damage or pot hole problems. Do not do business with Goodyear. Go to Costco or Les Schwab. Goodyear Renton is not professional. They don’t even offer you the products or warranties they claim to offer, they don’t install the tires on the right axel, and they don’t even turn your tire light off after install (again - this is basic stuff!).

  Made an 11am appointment and went to a Mexican restaurant to pass time (heavy emphasis on the passing time). Would have been nice if the guy at the front desk would have been respectful of our time by letting us know they were running behind (we showed up five minutes early to be respectful of their time). Showed up an hour later to the guy at the desk saying "yeah.. we haven't pulled it in yet" I told him "how long will it be? Our appointment was at 11" For his answer to be "we're still trying to catch up" .... didn't even give me a straight forward answer. Left without an oil change. Try another place if you want your time valued. I would have spent my Saturday morning at an actual brunch spot. I watched them pull another car in as I was walking up in hopes our vehicle was done. How behind can you be with appointments? Respect the people that schedule ahead. I'm sure they would have gotten it done sooner if I would have SAT IN.

  Want to take the opportunity to thank Jessie and his team for helping us secure a tire for our rental vehicle. They went over and above in understanding what our needs were and not to sell us something we didn't need. Visit these folks. I don't think you will be disappointed.

  George and the store manager Jesse Gilliland are top notch. Super knowledgeable. Especially with odd tire sizes. I was actually referred by another tire company to go see them. Best prices. Quickest turnaround. I will definitely be using this store as long as I’m in the area.
